In 2019, Oksana, along with her husband Daniel and their two children, Milan and Arielle, took the big leap from Berlin to Los Angeles. Their dream: to own their own nightclub in the glitzy metropolis. In 2021, they moved on to Las Vegas. But now it’s official: after years of hopes, setbacks and fresh starts, the couple have sold their club. Instead of looking back, they are looking ahead and have brand-new plans. The docu-soap “Oksana & Family – Back to Square One” shows the family’s real life: juggling building a business, everyday family life and visa worries. Oksana and Daniel Kolenitchenko have been together for 18 years and are regarded as the epitome of a power couple. They ran a successful nightclub in Berlin, have two adorable children and have already emigrated to the USA. But now the family faces a new challenge: having sold their nightclub in Hollywood, the fulfilment of the American Dream rests on Oksana’s shoulders. Career, family, future – nothing is certain. Will she manage to succeed as an entrepreneur in Las Vegas too, and thus build the business to which her investor’s visa is tied?
Oksana is doing everything she can to ensure the success of her online shop, the launch of her beauty case and her first song. Meanwhile, Daniel keeps the family’s daily life running smoothly, but is struggling with his new role as a stay-at-home dad. The children, too, are already facing big decisions. For ten-year-old Milan, the choice is: a film role or football? The stage or childhood? Meanwhile, eight-year-old Arielle is wondering whether she should follow in her mother’s footsteps, who began her singing career in Germany at the age of just 13.
